Amato Capital Limited offers the following Financial Services: 64205 - Activities of financial services holding companies; 64304 - Activities of open-ended investment companies; 64999 - Financial intermediation not elsewhere classified; 66300 - Fund management activities. Amato Capital Limited may provide enabling APIs, third-party financial integrations, and non-custodial transactional processing services to Joomjoo Software Ltd and its subsidiaries. Access to such services may vary based on jurisdiction, regulatory thresholds, and user eligibility as determined by local and supranational compliance requirements. Additionally, Joomjoo’s U.S. legal infrastructure and corporate structuring are supported by Joomjoo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, in the County of New Castle, and federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) 35-2873690. Joomjoo LLC may serve as an intra-group operational or holding entity, supporting software deployment, data routing, or jurisdictional compliance in the North American region and other legally permissible territories. All services provided, including but not limited to: financial tools, virtual wallet interfaces, invoicing modules, payout infrastructures, data tagging layers, peer-to-peer transfers, and broker settlement engines, are governed by applicable terms of service, end-user agreements, and data processing frameworks. Neither the Website nor the Mobile Application constitutes a bank, licensed payment institution, or virtual asset service provider unless explicitly disclosed in an executed agreement.
